ALBI TOP NO WIPE - top without sticky layer. Hard. Does not have UF filter, does not distort shades, does not blue or yellow. Suitable for dark shades. Maintains excellent shine throughout wear. Application method: Prepare the nail plate, use a dehydrator and primer. Apply a Base Coats with an aligning layer, dry in LED lamp.
