It helps you to achieve water-color, airbrushed, marble, stripe and flower designs over any of the gel colors. Size: 15ml – 1/2oz How to apply : After applying the second coat of Gelish Gel polish and curing, apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel, do not cure.
